Firm Foods CLA contains high-purity conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) sourced from the safflower plant. Each capsule provides you with 1000 mg of high-potency CLA.
Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgels with lunch and 2 softgels with dinner.
